We all have things as need to do to keep an
even keel — blogging, exercising, reading, cooking. What’s yours?
I think, at
least for those of you who read my blog even occasionally, that you know the
answer to this one already. Writing (in
the form of blogging, journaling, etc…), exercising (particularly running and
yoga), reading (although lately there’s not been much of that happening in my
life), spending time in nature hiking, on or in the water (sailing, scuba
diving, river tubing, etc…), or just exploring the world, and hanging out with
my dog outside or inside are all things that help keep me even keel. What about you?
